The Hub was created by CMT in response to growing demand for more complete, safe, secure and qualified assistance to support simultaneous interpreters remotely and allow them to continue offering high-quality services, even in light of recent events linked to Covid-19.

The result of decades of remote services experience acquired by CMT , this innovative project involves a hub set-up where professionals can work safely and securely with the best technologies on the market, in accordance with Covid-19 health measures and with the aid of a technical support team on site upon request.

The Hub is equipped with the most advanced digital simultaneous translation system on the market (Bosch) with headphones, booths, 1000 Mbps Fibre LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, analogue back-up systems and protection redundancies that ensure service continuity, connections to video conference platforms – also cross-platform (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, GoTo Meeting and more) – or traditional call conference systems via smartphone or telephone, with the option of various levels of technical assistance.
